The people of the United Arab Emirates have seen dramatic change over the last few years, change that has provided them with all the benefits of a modern, developed society. At the same time, however, both the government and the people are determined that their heritage shall be preserved, in line with the late Sheikh Zayed’s belief that ‘a people that knows not its past can have neither a present nor a future’. To act as repositories of this heritage and a source of information for both visitors and the younger generation who have not experienced a traditional lifestyle, museums and heritage centers have been developed throughout the UAE. The vision for establishing Arabian Tea House Restaurant & Café is to preserve the cultural identity in the UAE encompassing a rich blend of traditional Arab, Islamic and contemporary elements, while also being a viable commercial venture.

The Food at Arabian tea house is really good and comes in huge portions. But, I didn't come here to talk about the food, I'm here to talk about how super amazing their staff is! - Everyone there is smiling all the time. The waiters are great, patient and really helpful! They engaged with us and other tables in nice conversations. Their supervisor was super nice and he stopped by more than 4 or 5 times to make sure everything is good and met our expectations. The place vibes are really positive because of the staff. This was the best experience I had in a restaurant in Dubai since I came here 2 years ago.

Superb authentic emirati fare. . We had "Alis favourite breakfast". A great selection on the menu but beware they are large helpings, it's best to head the waiters advise. Ambiance:There appears to have been a lot of investment in the area around the tea house, great improvement it's not the Bur Dubai we remember 😊 of sand and litter, it has metamorphised into a cultural gem.Great weekend option, breakfast at the Tea house and a wander around the creek and souk.We spent most of the Friday exploring the art galleries and the creek. A significant improvement since 2013, now its really a nice option for the weekend. The shopping mall nearby in the style of old town and offers a good underground parking option.
